Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

SLIDING ROOF: SLIDING ROOF SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR

DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK FOR DTC
(a) Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch on (IG) and turn the tester on.
(c) Select the following menu items: Body / Sliding Roof / DTC.
(d) Check the DTC(s).
2. CLEAR DTC
(a) Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch on (IG) and turn the tester on.
(c) Select the following menu items: Body / Sliding Roof / DTC / Clear.
(d) Press the YES button.
(e) Check that the DTCs are cleared.
