Description of Cruise Control System Cancel Conditions

Constant cruising is cancelled under any one of the following conditions.

- Ignition switch is turned OFF.
- MAIN (ON/OFF) switch is turned OFF.
- Vehicle speed becomes lower than minimum operating speed (36 km/h (22 mile/h)).
- Vehicle speed fails approx 20% from preset speed.
- *Brake pedal is depressed. (Brake light switch is turned ON).
- *Clutch pedal is depressed (Clutch pedal position switch is turned ON) (M/T model).
- *Select lever is shifted to other range than "D" or "M" (3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th position) (CVT model).
- *CANCEL switch is turned ON.
- *ESP(R) is operating (if equipped).

NOTE:

When constant cruising is cancelled by any condition with * (asterisk), the constant cruising control can be resumed by operating RES/ACC switch, provided that vehicle speed has not lowered below 40 km/h (25 mile/h).
