Shift Cable: Adjustments

Adjusting





1 Select neutral on transmission.

2 Undo nut.

3 Set the selector lever to position N and tighten the nut.

Tightening torque: 10 ± 2 Nm.

4 Check the position in the opening in the cover. There should be play in positions P and 1. If there is no play, adjust the position of the selector lever. Adjustments

5 Check the adjustment in positions N and 0. The play in the selector lever should be the same in both positions.
