Fluid - M/T: Service and Repair

NOTE: Replace drain plug (A) washer with a new one whenever removed.




1. Remove the plugs ((A) with washer, (B), (C), and (D)).
2. Drain the oil into a suitable container.
3. Wipe all plugs clean.
4. Apply sealant to plug threads ((B), (C) and (D))
5. Install the drain plugs ((B) and (A) with new washer).

Tightening torque:
(A): 39 - 59 N-m (4.0 - 6.0 m-kg, 29 - 43 ft-lb)
(B): 31 - 46 N-m (3.2 - 4.7 m-kg, 23 - 34 ft-lb)




6. Add the specified oil from fill plug (C) port until the level reaches the bottom of check plug (D) hole.




7. Install plugs (C) and (D).

Tightening torque:
(C), (D): 25 - 39 N-m (2.5 - 4.0 m-kg, 18 - 29 ft-lb)
