Installation

AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO RECEIVER: INSTALLATION

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET

(a) Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 4 bolts.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET

(a) Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 4 bolts.

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the instrument cluster finish panel assembly.

4. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Insert the radio receiver assembly with bracket to attach the 6 clips, 2 claws and 3 ribs on its backside.

NOTICE:
When inserting the radio receiver, do not press the knobs on it.

5. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 3 BOX PANEL Installation

8. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Installation

10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Installation

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

12. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation

13. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Installation

14. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
