AUDIO / VISUAL: STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Removal

3. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Removal

4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:





* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

7. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL Removal

9. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Detach the 8 claws and remove the lower console box pocket.

12. REMOVE STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the stereo jack adapter.





13. REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman)





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Detach the 8 claws and remove the lower console box pocket.

14. REMOVE STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman)

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the stereo jack adapter.





15. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Removal

16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Removal

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Disassembly

18. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Disassembly

19. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Disassembly

20. REMOVE HEADPHONE TERMINAL (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman)

(a) Detach the 3 claws and remove the headphone terminal.





HINT
Use the same procedure for both headphone terminals.

21. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX COVER (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman) Removal

22. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman) Removal

23. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CONSOLE BOX PANEL (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman) Disassembly

24. REMOVE HEADPHONE TERMINAL (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman)

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.





(b) Detach the 2 clamps and 6 claws.

(c) Remove the headphone terminal.





(d) Remove the headphone terminal.
