2UR-GSE ENGINE MECHANICAL: FRONT CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TIMING GEAR CASE OR TIMING CHAIN CASE OIL SEAL

(a) Using SST, tap in a new oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing chain case edge.

NOTICE:
* Keep the lip free from foreign matter.
* Do not tap on the oil seal at an angle.
* Do not install the oil seal excessively.

2. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT TIMING GEAR KEY

(a) Install the crankshaft timing gear key.





3. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

(a) Align the pulley set key with the key groove of the pulley, and slide on the pulley.





(b) Using SST, install the pulley bolt.

SST : 09330-00021

Torque : 330 Nm (3365 kgf-cm, 243 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT Installation

5. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

8. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
