SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM: FRONT SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
* The nuts must not be reused.
* Make sure that the seat frame assembly is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.
(a) Install the front seat side airbag assembly with the 2 new nuts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Engage the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

(c) Engage the 4 clamps to connect the wire harness.





2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD Reassembly

3. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK COVER Reassembly

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT Reassembly

5. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT REAR INNER TRACK COVER Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT REAR OUTER TRACK COVER Installation

10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

11. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP Installation

13. INSPECT FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation

14. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
