Disassembly








AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for Rear Side): DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE AIR DUCT LH
(a) Remove the 2 screws and duct.





2. REMOVE AIR DUCT RH
(a) Remove the 2 screws and duct.





3. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT





4. REMOVE DAMPER SERVO ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and motor.





5. REMOVE DAMPER SERVO ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 3 screws and motor.





6. REMOVE DAMPER SERVO ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and motor.





7. REMOVE MODE DAMPER SERVO ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 3 screws and motor.





8. REMOVE SMOKE SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the screw and sensor.





9. REMOVE AIR DUCT
(a) Remove the 2 screws and duct.





10. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 3 screws and motor.





11. REMOVE DRAIN HOSE





12. REMOVE BRACKET LH
(a) Remove the 2 screws and bracket.





13. REMOVE BRACKET RH
(a) Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
14. REMOVE WIRING AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS





15. REMOVE TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the packing and butyl tape.
(b) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.
(c) Remove the screw and plate.
(d) Remove the tube and accessory and 2 O-rings.
(e) Remove the cooler expansion valve and 2 O-rings from the cooler evaporator.
16. REMOVE EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 3 clips.
(b) Detach the 2 claws and remove the air duct.





(c) Remove the 10 screws and rear cooling unit case (lower).





(d) Remove the evaporator.
17. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER THERMISTOR
