AUDIO / VISUAL: VIDEO TERMINAL (for Standard): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Battery

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
- After the power switch is turned OFF, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch OFF, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

6. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL Removal

8. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL Removal

9. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal







10. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET LOWER
(a) Disconnect the connectors.
(b) Detach the 8 claws and remove the console box pocket.
11. REMOVE VIDEO TERMINAL






(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the video terminal.
