2UR-GSE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST MANIFOLD: REMOVAL

2UR-GSE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST MANIFOLD: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSMISSION Removal
2. REMOVE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the oil level dipstick sub-assembly.
3. REMOVE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the bolt and oil level dipstick guide sub-assembly.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the oil level dipstick guide sub-assembly.
4. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR






(a) Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
(b) Remove the 3 bolts and No. 1 exhaust manifold heat insulator.
5. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR Removal

6. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH






(a) Remove the 8 nuts and exhaust manifold sub-assembly RH.






(b) Remove the gasket.
7. REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING DAMPER






(a) Remove the bolt and engine mounting damper.
8. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR






(a) Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
(b) Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 exhaust manifold heat insulator.
9. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR Removal

10. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Remove the 8 nuts and exhaust manifold sub-assembly LH.






(b) Remove the gasket.
