Z2: Check Harness Short To Ground

Ignition switch to position 0
Disconnect EM011

Inside ECM housing

Measure the resistance between EM011/003 and ground EM016R

- > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to Z3 Z3: Check For Short To Fuel Pump Relay
No
Inspect EM011 and EM016R for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation.
