F5: Check Harness Short to Ground

With EM013, PI015, PI026 and PI027 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM013/027 and in turn:
EM013/020
EM013/029

- Is the resistance> 10 M ohms?
Yes
Reconnect PI026 and PI027 only
GO to F6 F6: Check Harness Short Core to Core
No
Inspect EM013, PI015 and PI001 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness/splice EMS09. Test the system for normal operation.
