F3: Check Harness Ground Continuity

Remove engine covers and displace coolant expansion tank.
Disconnect PI015 and measure the resistance between EM013/029 and PI015/002

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to F4 F4: Check Harness Signal Continuity
No
Inspect EM013 and PI015 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness/connector PI001/024. Test the system for normal operation.
