Disconnect EM013 and EM014

Inside ECM housing

Ignition switch to position II
Measure the voltage between EM013/014 and EM014/008

- B+?
Yes
Renew relay
GO to R20 R20: End
No
GO to R7 R7: Check Harness Continuity
