R13: Check Harness Continuity - Throttle Ground

With EM010, EM014 and EM015 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM014/008 and EM016R Repeat for EM014/007

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to R14 R14: Check For Short to B+
No
Inspect connectors EM010, EM014 and EM015 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice EMS38/EM016R. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
