With EM039 disconnected, measure the resistance of the EVAP valve coil at pins 1 and 2

- Is the resistance between 25 and 40 ohms?
Yes
Reconnect EM039
GO to A4 A4: Check Electrical Feed
No
Renew EVAP valve
