With temporary bridge still made
Measure the voltage between ground EM010/022 and PI034/005

- Is the voltage B+?
Yes
GO to D4 D4: Check Harness Short to Chassis
No
Check fuse F14 and that EMS control Relay 1 is energized
GO to D7 D7: Check EGR Ground Continuity
