With EM012 disconnected measure the resistance between the following pairs
EM012/001 and EM012/003
EM012/002 and EM012/004

- Any coil resistance < 40 ohms?
Yes
Renew EGR valve
Reconnect EM012
GO to C3 C3: End
No
GO to D1 P0406
