A6: Check Stepper Motor Insulation

With PI034 disconnected connect test meter probe in turn between each of the EGR socket pins and the EGR body

- Is the resistance > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to A7 A7: Check EGR Mechanical Condition
No
Renew EGR valve and test the system for normal operation
