With PI026, PI027 and EM013 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between screen EM013/027 and in turn EM013/017, 018, 019, 020, 028 and 029.

- All the resistances > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to D3 D3: Check Harness Core-Core Insulation
No
Inspect connectors EM013, PI026 and PI027 for corrosion, damaged or pushed back pins or repair the harness/connector PI001/017, PI001/018, PI001/019, PI001/020 and test the system for normal operation
