With EM010, EM011, PI006, PI004 and PI042 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/021 and PI006/004

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to P4 P4: Check Harness Supply Continuity
No
Inspect EM010, PI001 and PI006 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice PIS09 and EMS01. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
