FRONT FENDER

Removal and Installation


CAUTION:
Use a shop cloth to protect the body from being damaged during removal and installation.

REMOVAL

1.Remove front fender cover: Exploded View.
2.Remove hood ledge cover lid and hood ledge cover. Exploded View.
3.Remove hood seal assembly (side).
4.Remove air duct (inlet). Service and Repair.
5.Remove front bumper fascia. Removal and Installation.
6.Remove front combination lamp. Removal and Installation.
7.Remove fender protector. Removal and Installation.
8.Remove front door assembly. Removal and Installation.
9.Remove front fender baffle.
10.Remove front fender mounting bolts, and then remove front fender.

INSTALLATION

Note the following item, and install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- After installation, check front fender adjustment.
- Hood side: Adjustments.
- Front door side: Adjustments.
- After installation, apply the touch-up paint (the body color) onto the head of front fender mounting bolts.
- Adjust the following part.
- Front combination lamp: Aiming Adjustment Procedure.
