Warning Lamp Does Not Come On When Ignition Switch Is Turned On

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
1. CHECK SELF-DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Connect CONSULT-II and CONSULT-II CONVERTER to the data link connector.
3. Turn the ignition switch ON.
4. Touch START (NISSAN BASED VHCL).
5. Touch BCM on SELECT SYSTEM screen. If the BCM is not indicated, go to GI-39, CONSULT-II Data Link Connector (DLC) Circuit. Electrical Diagrams
6. Touch BCM C/U on SELECT SYSTEM screen.
7. Touch SELF-DIAG RESULTS on SELECT DIAG MODE screen.
8. Check display contents in self-diagnostic results.
Is the CAN COMM CIRCUIT displayed in the self-diagnosis display items?
YES >> Perform trouble diagnosis for CAN communication system. GO TO LAN-3, Precautions When Using CONSULT-II. Precautions When Using CONSULT-II
NO >> GO TO 2.

2. CHECK COMBINATION METER
Check combination meter function.
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 3.
NG >> Check combination meter.

3. CHECK LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LAMP
Disconnect BCM harness connectors M1 and M2.
Does the warning lamp activate?
YES >> Replace BCM.
NO >> Check combination meter and repair or replace.
