DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

SYMPTOM: Blower motor operation is malfunctioning under Starting Fan Speed Control.




1. Check Power Supply For Fan Auto AMP.




2. Check Power Supply For Fan Control AMP.




3. Check Body Ground Circuit For Fan Control AMP.




4. Check For Auto AMP. Output




5. Check Blower Motor Operation




6. Check Circuit Between Auto Amp. And Control Amp.




7. Check Circuit Continuity Between Auto AMP. And Fan Control AMP.




8. Check Circuit Continuity Between Auto AMP. And Blower Motor




9. Check Power Supply For Blower Motor




10. Check Circuit Continuity Between Blower Motor And Fan Control AMP.




11. Check Blower Motor




Confirm smooth rotation of the blower motor.
- Ensure that there are no foreign particles inside the intake unit.
