Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Ensure the sunroof glass panel is in the fully closed position.
2. Remove the retaining screws from the window panel.
3. Apply outward pressure to the window panel to remove.
4. Remove the window panel from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the window panel to the vehicle.
2. Apply inward pressure to the window panel to install.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Loosely install the retaining screws to the window panel.
4. Adjust the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment (Adjustments) .

Tighten the screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
