Front Bumper Center Upper Beam Replacement

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the front bumper or the related parts.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.

1. Remove the clip, detach the hook (A) and the pin (B), then remove the front bumper side cover (C). Repeat this step on the opposite side.

NOTE: To release the clip, pry up on the center pin at the notch (D).






2. Remove the clips, then remove the front bumper center seal (A).

NOTE: To release the clips, pry up on the center pin at the notch (B).






3. Remove the front bumper center upper beam (A).

1. Remove the bolts and the clips (B, C).

2. Move the beam upward, and take the tab (D) of the bottom of the beam off the insertion parts (E).

3. Bend the beam slightly and pull it upward.

NOTE: To release the clips, pry up on the center pin at the notch (F).





4. Install the beam in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.

- Push the clips and the tab into place securely.
