Intermediate Shaft Removal

1. Drain the transmission fluid, then reinstall the drain plug with a new sealing washer CVT Fluid Replacement.

2. Remove the right driveshaft Driveshaft Removal.

3. Remove the three dowel bolts (A).






4. Remove the intermediate shaft (A) from the differential. Hold the intermediate shaft horizontal until it is clear of the differential to prevent damaging the oil seal (B).
