Drive Plate Removal and Installation
1. Remove the transmission assembly.
2. Remove the drive plate (A) and washer (B).





3. Remove the torque converter support hub (C).

NOTE: The motor rotor contains very strong magnets and should be handled with special care. Keep pieces of metal and all foreign particles out of the motor rotor during the transmission removal. If the torque converter is replaced, the torque converter support hub must be replaced.

4. Install the torque converter support hub on the motor rotor.
5. Install the drive plate and washer, and tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern in two or more steps.
6. Install the transmission assembly.
