The scan tool indicates Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1459: Evaporative emission (EVAP) purge flow switch malfunction.

By monitoring the output of the EVAP purge flow switch at idle, the ECM detects malfunctions in the EVAP purge flow switch circuit.
