PINPOINT TEST E: DTC B2108 - TRUNK KEY CYLINDER SWITCH FAILURENormal Operation
If the perimeter alarm is activated, the smart junction box (SJB) triggers the turn signals to flash and the horn to sound intermittently in regular intervals to signal an attempted theft.
DTC B2108 sets when there is a ground in the circuit between the luggage compartment lid disarm switch and the SJB, or the luggage compartment lid disarm switch is stuck closed.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Luggage compartment lid disarm switch
- SJB
