Normal Operation
With the ignition switch in the START or RUN position, voltage is supplied to the driver window control switch from the central junction box (CJB) on circuits 15-AJ2 (GN/BU) and 15-AJ7 (GN/BU). Circuit 15-AJ7 (GN/BU) provides voltage to the driver window control switch illumination light emitting diode (LED) and for window(s) operation. Circuit 15-AJ18 (GN/WH) is spliced off circuit 15-LH2 (GN/BU) and provides voltage for the passenger window control switch LED and operation of the passenger window. Both the driver window and the passenger window share a common ground through the driver window control switch to circuit 31-AJ7 (BK). The passenger window control switch illumination is grounded through circuit 31-LH31 (BK). When the passenger window control switch is moved to the window down position, voltage is supplied to the window motor through circuit 32-AJ17 (WH/VT). The window motor is grounded by circuit 33-AJ17 (YE/VT) through the passenger window control switch to circuit 33-AJ18 (YE/VT) which is grounded by the driver window control switch. When the passenger window control switch is moved to the window up position, voltage is supplied to the window motor through circuit 33-AJ17 (YE/VT). The window motor is grounded by circuit 32-AJ17 (WH/VT) through the passenger window control switch to circuit 32-AJ18 (WH/VT) which is grounded by the driver window control switch.
