Normal Operation
When the key is turned to START, voltage is sent to the audio unit through circuit 1772 (VT), which causes the audio unit to mute all speaker outputs to avoid transient noise during engine cranking.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 1772 (VT) short to voltage
- Audio unit
