Normal Operation
When the multifunction switch is in the RH turn signal position, voltage is supplied to the instrument cluster from the generic electronic module (GEM) through circuit 49S-LG22 (BU/YE).

Possible Causes
- circuit 49S-LG22 (BU/YE) open, short to ground, or short to voltage
- GEM
- instrument cluster
