Normal Operation
The wiper motor receives inputs from the multifunction switch circuits 8-KA8 (WH/RD), 10-KA8 (GY/RD), 8-KA11 (WH/BK), and 8-KA10 (WH/GN). The wiper motor module (internal) controls the wiper run/park relay (internal) using internal circuitry to control the wiper motor in conjunction with the wiper Hi/Lo relay (internal).

Possible Causes
- circuit 8-KA8 (WH/RD) short to ground
- circuit 10-KA8 (GY/RD) short to ground
- circuit 8-KA11 (WH/BK) short to ground
- circuit 8-KA10 (WH/GN) short to ground
- windshield wiper motor
- multifunction switch
