Normal Operation
The driver window control switch sends a voltage signal through the passenger window control switch to the rear electronic module (REM) over circuits 7S-AJ48 (YE/VT), 8-AJ18 (WH/VT) and 7S-AJ47 (TE/BK), and 10-AJ18 (GY/WH). This voltage signals the REM to power and ground the appropriate window motor circuits in order to operate the passenger window in the commanded direction. When the passenger window control switch is operated, a voltage signal is sent to the REM over circuits 8-AJ18 (WH/VT) and 10-AJ18 (GY/WH) which signals the REM to power and ground the appropriate circuits in order to operate the passenger window in the commanded direction.

Possible Causes
- circuits 8-AJ18 (WH/VT), 10-AJ18 (GY/WH) open or short to voltage
- circuits 7S-AJ48 (YE/VT), 7S-AJ47 (YE/BK) short to voltage
- circuits 33-AJ27 (YE/VT), 32-AJ27 (WH/VT) open or short to voltage
- circuit 31-AJ71 (BK/YE) open
- circuit 30-AJ71 (RD/YE) open
- passenger window control switch
- passenger window regulator and motor
- REM
