Normal Operation
The red brake warning indicator is located on the instrument cluster and illuminates at prove out, when the brake fluid in the brake master cylinder reservoir is below an acceptable level, and when the parking brake is engaged.

Possible Causes
^ low brake fluid level
^ parking brake engaged
^ circuit 31-GC7 (BK) open
^ circuit 8-GC7 (WH/RD) short to ground
^ circuit 8-GC7 (WH/RD) open
^ low brake fluid level switch
^ front electronic module (FEM)
^ instrument cluster
