Normal Operation
The ignition switch RUN circuit provides greater than 10 volts through circuits 1002 (BK/PK) and 1044 (WH/YE) to the smart junction box (SJB) when the key is in the RUN position.

Possible Causes
^ circuit 1002 (BK PK) open or short to ground
^ circuit 1044 (WH/YE) open or short to ground
^ ignition switch
^ SJB
