Normal Operation
Under normal operation, when fog lamps are selected the headlamp switch sends a ground signal to the smart junction box (SJB) through circuit 1669 (OG/LG). The SJB then grounds the fog lamp relay coil through circuit 1347 (DB/WH). The fog lamp relay coil and fog lamp relay switch is provided voltage through the BEC. When the relay is energized, voltage is sent to the fog lamps through circuits (RH) 1776 (TN/OG) and (LH) 1721 (LB/BK).

Possible Causes
- A short to ground in circuit 1347 (DB/WH) or 1669 (OG/LG)
- A short to voltage in circuit 1721 (LB/BK) or 1776 (TN/OG)
- Fog lamp relay
- Headlamp switch
- Smart junction box (SJB)
