Under normal operation, when the brake pedal is applied, the smart junction box (SJB) sends voltage to the stoplamps through circuit:
- Rear lamp 1 (LH) circuit 1783 (RD/WH) or 1363 (WH/RD) and (RH) circuit 1783 (RD/WH) or 1365 (GY/LB).
- Rear lamp 2 (LH) circuit 1783 (RD/WH) or 1728 (LB/OG) and (RH) circuit 1783 (RD/WH).
- High mount stoplamp circuit 1374 (TN/LB).

Ground for the stoplamps is supplied through circuit 1205 (BK).
