Normal Operation
The power lock relays, which are integral to the smart junction box (SJB), receive voltage through circuit 1679 (WH/YE) and ground through circuit 1205 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 1205 (BK) open
- circuit 1679 (WH/YE) open or short to ground
- SJB
