Accelerator Pedal: Adjustments

NOTE: 2.0L Zetec shown, 2.0L SPI similar.







1. Slide the lock button.







2. Rotate the cable stopper.







3. Adjust the accelerator cable free play.
1 Push and hold the spring.
2 Position the accelerator cable free play to specification.







4. Rotate the cable stopper.







5. Slide the lock button.
