- Perform Diagnostic Routines for Powertrain Control Module. Refer to Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection. Testing and Inspection

- Do the PCM diagnostics indicate a malfunction of a powertrain component or signal?

- Yes
Service as directed and again Perform Pinpoint Test Step A1.

- No
Perform a continuity test on the module data link circuits while wiggling the wires (Circuits 914 (T/O) wire and 915 (PK/LB) wire). Service as necessary.
