C1237-2: Check Wheel Spin Effort

- With vehicle on hoist and transaxle in NEUTRAL, spin each wheel by hand.

- Does each wheel spin freely?

YES -- Go to C1237-3. C1237-3: Check All Brake Tubes/Hoses

NO -- Service dragging brake(s) as necessary.
