A7 -- Check Actuator Ground

^ Key OFF.

^ Disconnect the shift lock actuator connector.

^ Measure the resistance of the BK wire between the shift lock actuator connector and ground.

^ Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

YES -- Replace the shift lock actuator.

NO -- Service the BK wire.
