A4 - Check A-Pillar Limit Switch Open Position

^ Remove the trim over the track and the A-pillar limit switch.

^ Make sure carrier fully depresses plunger of limit switch.

^ Disconnect the connector from the limit switch.

^ Measure resistance between pins of the limit switch.

^ Is resistance greater than 500k ohms?

YES -- Go to A5. A5 - Check Harness From Module Connector to A-Pillar Switch

NO -- Replace switch. Install original passive restraint module.
