A5 Perform ABS Trouble DTC Retrieval

- Ignition switch OFF.

- Jumper pin K of the ABS diagnostic connector to ground.

Connector:

- Key ON.

- Observe the anti-lock warning lamp.

- Does anti-lock brake warning lamp flash?

NOTE: The DTC will begin to flash immediately without introduction and flash only once. Ignition switch cycling can repeat DTC's if numbers are missed, as long as vehicle has not been driven.

YES -- Record code(s). Go to the ABS Trouble Code Identification Chart and perform Pinpoint Test specified for first code retrieved. Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index

NO -- Go to Pinpoint Test F1. F1 Check Cluster Fuse
