A4 -- Check Power Supply

^ Key OFF.

^ Disconnect the shift lock actuator connector.

^ Key ON.

^ Measure the voltage of the Y wire and the BK/Y wire at the shift lock actuator connector.

^ Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

YES -- Go to A5. A5 -- Check Signal to Actuator

NO -- Service the wire(s) in question.
