Idle Speed: Adjustments

IDLE SPEED W/COMPUTER CONTROL:

1.5L, 1.6L: Turn ignition on for more than 15 seconds and turn off. Disconnect ISC and start engine. Set to specified value. Reconnect ISC and turn AC on, verify that speed increases to specified value.
