Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Removal

CAUTION: Do not let tensioner arm snap back to the freearm position, sever damage may occur to the tensioner.










1. Using a suitable square drive tool, release the belt tension by rotating the tensioner (8)clockwise. Rotate the belt tensioner (8) until the belt (2) can be removed from pulleys.
2. Remove the belt (2).
3. Gently release the tensioner (8).
